Sun Coral Polyps

This brightly colored coral is only found inside the caves and crevices of coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific. This coral is sensitive to sunlight and needs darker locations to thrive. The coral polyps lack the symbiotic algae that grow inside many other coral species.
