Spotted Nudibranch

This spotted nudibranch is a type of sea slug. It is a soft-bodied mollusk that has evolved without a shell. Nudibranchs are among the most colorful creatures to be found on the coral reef. There are hundreds of species in all shapes and colors. They are rarely bothered by predators because their bodies contain toxins that give them a bad taste. Some species are also poisonous.
